Meet the Staff

Connie, Bill  & Russ

After many years of working in an accounting department with a company that was sold and closed, Connie received her Associate Degree as a Civil Engineering Techician from Moraine Park Technical College in 1994.

Connie had been with a surveying business since late 1995 known as Citizens/Weis Corporation.  When her former employer retired, Connie and Bill (another former co-worker of Citizens/Weis Corporation) purchased the business and thus became B & H Surveying LLC in early 2006.

Connie's background in the surveying field covers may areas.  She is responsible for the majority of the courthouse and paper research that is takes to complete their jobs.  She is one of two CADD operators generating drawings for clients, to include, subdivision maps, certified survey maps for minor land divisions, boundary surveys, and help with clean-up on grading/excavating/site plans. Connie also participates in the field work as needed.  She enjoys seeing the project at site, as well as on paper.  Connie manages the business in performing customer service, all payroll, accounting, and insurance functions for the life line of the business.

Connie and her husband, Greg, along with her daughter, Kacie reside in Theresa, Wisconsin.  They have a hobby farm with the interest being in their horses.  They spend whatever free-time they can just enjoying the trails of the Northern Kettle Moraine with their horses and their freinds.

Bill and his wife Jane live in Racine.  Bill is an avid Boy Scout Leader and participates in many outtings and trips  with the scouts.

Russ and his wife Lynn live in the Town of Kewaskum on a beautiful rural piece of propery, along with their Golden Retriever named, Bubba.

Russ is a Harley Davidson enthusiast and gets out and about with his Harley as often as possible.

Russ is our only employee and works with Bill on all field work that is required to be done. Being a native to the West Bend area, Russ knows alot of people and properties in the area.  We appreciate all the work Russ does for us and are glad to have him on board.
