B & H Surveying is a service oriented business with a combined 47-year plus experience background. We strive to provide our current and new clients with speedy service for all their land division, consulting, and surveying needs.
B & H Surveying prides itself on prompt service. We value our clients loyalty and their referral to friends, family, and other businesses in the community. We provide survey work in Washington & Ozaukee County, as well as Dodge, Fond du Lac, Waukesha, and Sheboygan Counties. It is in that commitment, the future of B & H Surveying places its pride in the products we put out, dependable service, and quality mapping to the people of the counties we serve.
The documents of B & H Surveying include files and field notes dating back to the years of Bill Liens and then bought by Merlin Cappelle (both veteran surveyors of Washington County) during the 1920's. We have worked with associate surveyors and city engineers who have accessed some of our files for research of properties of which maps are not available at the courthouse.
Our services are provided to all property owners, developers, financial institutions, or contractors in need of having property surveyed, mapped or monumented. With the housing industry continuously growing, the need for surveying and land development is there. We want to provide the best service for the best value. We have a reputable list of clientele at present and plan to market our services to all available developers, title companies, home builders, financial institutions, town and county seats. We have a reputable rapport with a local soil tester and an engineering firm located in the City of West Bend. Our competitive edge is and will always be to provide the best service and mapping products for the client. We have proven to provide a mapped product within a given deadline, such as a closing on a real estate purchase. Many clients have come to us to have us do their work based on the timeliness of the job with disregard for the cost. When time is of importance, we will work with the client to achieve that deadline.
The owners, Connie Bader & Bill Holme, thus B & H Surveying, along with employee Russ Kleinke, will be availble for all clients needs in the surveying and land industry. We will all strive to keep the client satisfied and with that satisfaction we anticipate big plans for our future.

Our Total-Station and data collectors insure accurate measurement in the field, then get downloaded directly to the Eagle Point and BricsCad file server and are plotted out and scaled to a preliminary drawing that can be printed, plotted, faxed, or e-mailed in either PDF form for your viewing or you can download a free program to view and zoom e-drawings.
